2-WEEK Workout Group For the Men

We got TEN calisthenic rigs for TEN homies at The Tipi.

Committing to show up, play, train and grow together 5 times a week for a two week dive-in.

We’ll even make our own DIY gymnastics rings that you can take with you when you finish. It’s an effective workout system that works while traveling or at home. You can hang out with us, or keep going on your own after the two weeks.

We’ll be hanging (literally) out, getting into our deep strength, expanding our edges, getting upside down and playing with movement together.

We’ll do a daily strength training on the rings and bars, then move and play together a bit, and stretchhhh it out. Mobility, play, strength, brotherhood.
