Welcome to The Tipi, the first purpose-built Fitness, Yoga, and wellness Retreat Center in Koh Phangan, Thailand!

Located in Koh Phangan, Thailand in a wellness-mecca called ‘Srithanu’ village, we are in the center of the tropical paradise with waterfalls, hiking trails, and beautiful beaches. We are centrally located, but just off the main roads, giving us the perfect balance of peace and accessibility.

Skye established The Tipi in 2018 to make it as fun and easy as possible for people to grow and heal. The TIPI represents the coming together of community, and the balance of humble power and softness, the play and dance with discipline, the integration of yin and yang.

Through yoga, fitness, martial arts, and more, we bring the highest quality of the most valuable skills and practices for mental and physical wellness and excellence.

At The Tipi, we merge softness with power, and discipline with play!  We offer Yoga & Meditation, Acro Yoga, Martial arts, Fitness, Movement and more!

Our devoted team of coaches and instructors are on a life-long mission in their arts, and here at Tipi, we’ve develop integrated programs to merge the “fine lines” between these arts, delivery a complete and powerful experience!

We are always working together to grow and learn from each other, and we see our students as friends and teachers as well!

Lydia Lopez

Fitness & Yoga Instructor

Lydia is a passionate fitness and wellness coach with over 15 years of experience guiding people through physical and personal transformation. Certified in both Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga (450 hours), as well as nutrition and strength training, she integrates mindfulness, movement, and psychology to create a holistic training experience.

A former competitive powerlifter and bodybuilder, Lydia combines strength, mobility, and breathwork to help you build confidence and resilience from the inside out. Her philosophy is rooted in self-trust, compassion, and consistency—training as a conversation with your body, not a punishment.
